Blind Dinner – A sensuous St. Regis experience!
 How often do you really look at your food while you are eating? In this unusual evening of sensory exploration and fine dining, not at all!
Your Blind Dinner begins when you cover your eyes with an eye mask, in order to focus on the sensations of taste, smell and texture of the delicious offerings by Chef Sylvain Desbois, at the Carolina Restaurant at St. Regis.
In this unusual evening, the menu is set, the wines are previously selected and guests are not given any hint as to what their food and wines might be. This complete lack of sight gives you a unique food and wine experience that will last for 50 minutes, and will include three different courses. The food is designed to be easily eaten which means that the senses of taste, smell and touch are all indulged. When the blind dinner is concluded, you can enjoy an after dinner drink, while sharing your perspective and experience with your table.

 Punta Mita & North Shore Surf & Paddle Club: We will now soon start meeting at 5:00pm every Friday at Plaza Ollin (Boca Deli) for our Punta Mita Surf & Paddle Club. We then head over to the Residents’ Beach Club in Punta Mita to meet a panga that departs at 6:15pm (weather and waves permitting), and head out together to the best break for that day (there is no cost for the panga/surf adventure except to cooperate with a tip for our captain). Should the waves be too large at the Punta Mita Beach Club we will meet the panga in the village to facilitate our departure and arrival at the El Coral restaurant. Come join us one of these Fridays, no matter if you are a beginner (we do not currently have an instructor), intermediate, or advanced surfer or paddle boarder/surfer. Our idea is to share in another spectacular sunset surf session and meet more people in our community that share the same passion for catching a few waves! Punta Mita Tennis: Monday evenings at 4:30pm, Punta Mita residents and friends can enjoy an hour of fun play and tips from our resident pro Alex.
Tuesday evenings from 7:00 to 9:00pm offers another opportunity to enjoy fun games of singles and doubles with fellow tennis players. These Tuesday evenings are great fun and offer another opportunity to meet and get to know other tennis players in our local community, all ability levels are welcome!
 Punta Mita Expeditions: The season for Big Game Fishing is starting! If you’ve never experienced the exhilaration of spearfishing or sport fishing, don’t put it off any longer. Now is the start of the peak months in the Punta Mita region, and the waters are teeming with great catch. In particular, our friends at Punta Mita Expeditions tell is they are seeing some amazing blue water, perfect temperatures and tunas showing at Corbeteña.
